The Road Ahead

Ben Cooper sees the woman he ultimately believes is the love of his life, Ashley Young, in a coffee shop in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Destined to be together, serendipitously, they meet again a few weeks later. Initially Ashley is hesitant to accept Ben’s invitations to spend time together, however Ben’s persistence, along with an attraction Ashley feels for him, convinces her to accept his proposal and they soon find themselves romantically drawn to each other.

As they embark upon a passionate relationship, the reason for Ashley’s initial cautious behavior is soon realized as her former boyfriend, Pete, is determined to reunite with her. Despite being warned by the authorities to cease contacting Ashley, Pete continues his pursuit by resorting to extreme measures to interfere with her desire to begin a new chapter of her life with Ben.
